and give in the subject field the program name (e.g., PRIMA LIV).

You should have the possibility, to send a mail to support in every program to this address. In this case the subject field is automatically filled.
Should mistakes appear:

Please, describe what you have done, before the mistake appeared.
Inform me of the name and of the version number of your used operating system.
Send, if possibly, a mistake description or a screenshot as attachment

Should the mistake be reproduceable, please switch on the logging (see suitable QuickStart document), the steps go through up to the appearance of the mistake and send me the protocol as attachment. Then you switch off the logging again.
